Introducing Better-Than-Ever Seasite.com

You spoke, we listened! The first and only cruise portal for meetings and events has been enhanced; we’re excited to announce Seasite.com Version 1.5. Check it out – our newly designed site is better than ever.

After last year’s initial launch of Seasite.com, we met with focus groups, interviewed users, and conducted our own rigorous site testing and experimentation. We wanted to find out how to make our site even more user-friendly.

The result? Seasite.com is now simpler and more intuitive. You’ll find that using Seasite.com to source the perfect cruise and plan your event at sea is even easier – and quicker -  than before.

SEASITE.COM HOME PAGE

While our Home Page was informative, some users commented that they wished it would guide them quicker to their desired site location. As a result, we made some revisions to improve your Seasite experience.

User Boxes – We’ve divided our home page into three sections to reflect our primary users’ profiles and needs:  1) Suppliers, 2) Group Cruise Buyers, and 3) Alliance Partners. Just click on the appropriate box to receive the  information you need to get the most from the site.

Search Box – Our Search Box has been modified to have the same functionality as The Power Search.

Navigation Bar – We’ve removed the Navigation Bar previously found on the top of the page. By clicking your appropriate User Box, you will automatically be directed to the pages you need. You can still access other areas of the site from the Home Page by clicking on the links found in the “What We Do” and “Why a Cruise” sections.

Special Offers and News
-  This area links to our Seasite Blog and will be used to keep you up to date on special cruise line offers, press releases, and other newsworthy blog articles.

Request a Quote – Access to our online RFP is more prominent on the Home Page, so you can jump right in to request a quote for your group event.

RFP –REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

Our users thought the original online RFP was a bit long and complicated. We listened. You now have a much shorter version to work with and simpler choices to make.

  • Login to your account to pre-fill contact information
  • Upload your own RFP
  • Choose between using saved itineraries or picking a range of dates and destinations
  • The shorter RFP only requires that the user enter basic information such as name and email

SEARCH RESULTS

For clarity’s sake, “Save for Later” has been changed to “Save for RFP” on the search results page.

At Seasite.com, we’re constantly striving to provide you with the best content, cruise planning resources, search engine technology and innovative tools to book your group cruise events. We appreciate all your helpful feedback and hope you enjoy using the newly designed Seasite.com.
